When you should arrive

We suggest that you arrive ten minutes before your appointment time in order to complete a registration form.

What to bring with you
Any medical referral letters which you may have been given.
Any recent X–rays you may have in your possession.

What happens at the first appointment
After registration you will be taken into a private treatment room and you may, of course, bring a relative or friend to accompany you.  You will be asked questions about your condition by the practitioner and, if the practitioner feels he/she may be able to help you, a treatment programme will be discussed.

Payment
We ask that patients pay after each visit and a full printout of payments may be requested at any time if required for insurance purposes.  The clinic does not run an accounts system to reduce administration overheads.  Fees may vary for each therapy and details of current prices can be obtained by telephoning reception.

Insurance companies will normally reimburse patients directly.
